This role is designed for professionals with hands-on experience inpaid digital campaignswho can combine technical troubleshooting with consultative customer support to drive advertiser success. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify service gaps and implement improvements to elevate the advertiser experience Provide end-to-end product and campaign troubleshooting via email and chat Take full ownership of advertiser cases, coordinating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical, product, or policy-related issues Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear, structured, and consistent communication throughout the case lifecycle Meet and exceed SLAs across all support channels, ensuring fast resolution and high productivity Educate advertisers on platform features, best practices, and issue prevention strategies Collaborate with internal technical specialists to deliver scalable, high-quality support Candidate Profile Native or fluent Arabic and good command of English Mandatory hands-on experience with paid campaign management Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field Proven experience in Digital Marketing or AdTech environments Previous experience in advertiser support, contact centers, or social media platforms is highly valued Solid understanding of social media advertising fundamentals and performance metrics Strong customer-centric mindset and ability to manage cases independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Compensation & Benefits Base salary: €920 gross/month Complexity bonus: €40/month (paid over 11 months) Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day Work Schedule Initial Phase Monday to Sunday Operating hours: 07:00–19:00 Shifts: 07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00 Later Phase (to Be Confirmed) 24/7 operation with rotating shifts 2 rotating days off Data Protection Notice By submitting your application, you consent to the processing of your CV and personal data for recruitment purposes, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
