**IT Support Technician**

**O teu propósito na Bravantic**

Integrando a equipa de Managed Services, terás como propósito garantir a operação normal de todos os serviços e equipamentos dos utilizadores bem como a intervenção direta junto do utilizador, focando a minimização do impacto causado por falhas de TI.

**As tuas principais responsabilidades**
- Avaliação e analise de problemas relativos a mau funcionamento de software e de hardware;
- Configuração e proceder à manutenção de impressoras e periféricos em geral;
- Configuração redes wireless e telefones IP;
- Configuração e instalar computadores postos de trabalho;
- Suporte de 1ª linha (local e remoto);
- Conexão de computadores à rede e a um domínio.

**O perfil que pretendemos**
- Habilitações ao nível do 12º ano de escolaridade;
- Experiência profissional no suporta e assistência técnica aos sistemas da Adm. Pública ou semelhante;
- Experiência profissional com sistemas operativos, nomeadamente em Windows 7 e Windows 10;
- Experiência no suporte de primeiro nível (local e remoto);
- Conhecimentos aprofundados de microinformática;
- Conhecimentos em produtos MS Office 2016, 2019 e 365;
- Conhecimentos em Redes TCP/IP e redes Microsoft;
- Conhecimentos na configuração de telefones IP, redes wireless e ligação de computadores à rede e a um domínio;
- Excelentes capacidades de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e resiliência.
