**The team you’ll be part of**
Nokia’s People organization is responsible for leading a business-driven people strategy and offering people and workplace services to all Nokia employees. We partner closely with the business to provide a motivated and engaged workforce that is fit for the future.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:
- Take full ownership of and manage the hiring plans for your business lines.
- Build and maintain partnerships with business leaders, hiring managers, HRBPs, and outsourced partners to deliver workforce and talent acquisition plans
- Manage communication and cooperation among individuals and groups including conflict resolution, stress management, diversity awareness, and teamwork to promote overall success
- Collaborate with the regional recruitment lead and business partners to support regional and global recruitment strategies internally and externally
**Your skills and experience**
- 6+ years recruitment or equivalent experience either in-house and/or agency;
- Proven, strong sourcing ability utilizing multiple, creative sourcing avenues across a wide range of technical and engineering disciplines;
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written; proven experience of establishing, maintaining, and developing working relationships at all levels;
- Strong ability to adapt to change and be an active change management supporter;
- Ability to work independently with limited direction;
- Oral and written fluency in English is a must but we also value fluency in other languages.
