**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking a Coffee Sales Specialist. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role involves all the front office contacts with customers for The Folks brand.

**A Day in the Life of...**

Searching for new clients in sales of roastery products.
Advising customers and potential customers regarding The Folks products and services.
Conducting an initial analysis of the market, new trends and products.
Maximizing the sale of all available The Folks products (coffee, tea, and accessories).

**What Will Make You Successful**

One
- or two-years’ Experience in Customer Facing (mandatory)
Proficiency in Portuguese
Proficiency in English is an asset
Basic knowledge of specialty coffee.
Good relational and communication skills
Multitasking
Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.

Estamos atualmente à procura de um Especialista em Vendas de Café. Reportando à Team Lead, esta função envolve todos os contactos de front office com os clientes da marca The Folks.

**Um dia na vida de...**

Procura de novos clientes em vendas de produtos de torrefação.
Aconselhar os clientes e potenciais clientes sobre os produtos e serviços da The Folks.
Realização de uma análise inicial do mercado, novas tendências e produtos.
Maximizar a venda de todos os produtos The Folks disponíveis (café, chá e acessórios).

**O que o fará ter sucesso**

Experiência de um ou dois anos em atendimento ao cliente (obrigatório)
Proficiência em Português
Proficiência em inglês é uma vantagem
Conhecimentos básicos de cafés especiais.
Boas capacidades relacionais e de comunicação
Multitarefa
É necessária uma mentalidade positiva, vontade de aprender e uma atitude de trabalho em equipa.
É necessária uma forte ética de trabalho e respeito.
