STRATEGY & STRATEGIC INVESTMENTS TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2202GMFOS10066) **About the job** Strategy & Strategic investments team provides decision-making support to the senior management of Global Markets across strategic and tactical issues facing the business. The team engages and partners with GM management to develop the long-term business strategy. The team is also responsible for competitive benchmarking, market intelligence and for managing the strategic investments portfolio. The team is located in London, Hong-Kong, Paris and Lisbon. **Your Main Activities Are** - Collect and analyze information for benchmarking exercise (develop competitive data on BNPP vs its competitors) - Produce relevant analyses to be used in peer banks quarterly performance reviews - Support the preparation of deep-dive analysis on the performance of the business - Supporting central team with relevant information/documents for GM strategic projects and GM strategic investments **Profile and Skills to Success** - Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics or Business Management - Strong Microsoft knowledge (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) - An overall understanding and interest in the financial world - Structured, methodical approach and ability to prioritize considering possible impacts on the business - Passion, tenacity and resilience in fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills in both native and English languages (all our communications and documents are in English) **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - **Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
