A Fórum Selecção está a recrutar Customer Service Officer (M/F) para cliente na área da banca, para a zona de Lisboa.

**Funções**:

- Analisar e validar documentação fornecida pelos clientes do banco;
- Abertura de novas contas/subcontas e tratamento da documentação inerente;
- Assegurar as atualizações dos detalhes do cliente (adicionar/remover signatários);
- Fechar de contas de clientes seguindo os procedimentos do grupo;
- Reportes diários ao Banco de Portugal/Banco Central.

**Requisitos**:

- Licenciatura, preferencialmente em Direito, Economia ou Gestão;
- Experiência em Banca, particularmente em funções de KYC ou áreas administrativas (sensivelmente 2 anos);
- Fluência em inglês(mandatório);
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação;
- Bons conhecimentos do MicrosoftOffice(especialmente Excel);
- Atenção ao detalhe e sensibilidade ao risco;
- Capacidade de organização e priorização;
- Polivalente, flexível, resiliente e adaptável;
- Conhecimento da legislação do Banco de Portugal.

Projeto com duração de 1 ano (renovável).

**Horário**:

- 8h diárias, entre as 9h e as 18h

**Condições**:
