As an **HRIS Specialist - PhenomPeople** at Ivy Partners, you will be in charge of:

- Take ownership of the operational management and optimization of the PhenomPeople platform (ATS, Talent Relationship Management, Career Site, Employee Experience).
- Ensure the platform is configured and maintained according to business needs, including workflows, dashboards, and automation features.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to implement enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to align PhenomPeople functionalities with organizational objectives.

**Profile**:

- Proven ability to coordinate projects and align multiple stakeholders (HR, IT, external partners).
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an asset.
