Forum Selecção is looking for Accounts Payable Officer (M/F) for a corporate banking client.

Main Tasks:

- Ensure correct booking of invoices (General Ledger Account, VAT rate, Cost Centre, Purchase Order);
- Identify, complete and request missing information;
- Analyse and communicate discrepancy between purchase orders and invoices;
- Issue outgoing invoices( order To cash);
- Perform controls in line with corporate procedures and control plan.

Profile and Skills to Success
- BSc degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management or other related field;
- Relevant experience as accounting officer or in a similar role;
- Strong SAP user experience as accounts payable with advanced knowledge of P2P and accounts receivable;
- Knowledge of VAT;
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 Level).

Availability for a 6 months project.
