Reservations & Sales Executive

We are looking for a **Reservations & Sales Executive** to join our hospitality team and play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings while ensuring a high standard of guest communication and reservation accuracy.
This is a **sales-focused role**, ideal for someone who enjoys closing deals, following up with clients, and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
**What You Will Do**
- Reservations accounting admin and tracking
- Convert enquiries into bookings through proactive follow-up and persuasive communication
- Advise guests on properties, pricing, availability, and added services
- Upsell concierge services and value-added experiences when relevant
- Create and manage reservations in the PMS and internal systems
- Send booking confirmations, contracts, and pre-arrival information
- Ensure timely payment collection and accurate reservation records
- Communicate with guests before, during, and after their stay
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs
**What We Are Looking For**
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, hospitality, reservations, or customer-facing roles
- Being a team player (pivotal)
- Strong sales mindset with confidence in follow-ups and closing
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using systems, CRMs, and spreadsheet
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, or real estate is a strong advantage.

**Salary & Contract**
Gross salary: €2.000 (including Holiday and Christmas allowance paid in twelfths) + Comission
Meal allowance: €10,46 per day, paid via Coverflex card
Permanent contract
