**Location: Porto Office Park**

- **Rotational 3-shifts 24/7 schedule**: 07:00-16:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:30-07:30 - **Monday to Sunday**(5 days & 40hours / week)

**Project**:
**Join our Content Moderation Project** and help keep a popular social media platform safe and user-friendly
In this role, you will review and assess video content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines. After analysis, you’ll accurately tag each video based on your evaluation. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a high tolerance for repetitive tasks.

**As a Content Moderator you will**:

- **Review content on the platform**to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
- **Maintain high quality standards in moderation**:

- **Escalate complex or unclear cases** according to internal procedures

**Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance)**:

- **1100€ gross x 14 months** (it’s 1283€ gross x 12 months)
- **100€ gross x 12 months** - monthly paid **fixed project bonus**:

- **Meal allowance**: €7.23 net/day (approx. **€167,86 /month**) via meal card
- **Night shifts: +25% per each hour** **worked**
- **Your average monthly gross salary ranges from €1,200 to €1,367, plus 2 extra salaries of €1,100 each**_ _(paid in June and November, proportionally to months worked) & _**night shifts allowance.**_

- **Full time fixed term 6-months employment contract with extension possibility (according to the Portuguese law),**with **NO Permanence Clause required.**:

- You have strong understanding of video platforms

**Note: We require EU citizenship or full rights to work in Portugal**
