We are looking for dynamic and compassionate people, who are fluent in German/native speakers, to join our growing team and provide an amazing experience to all our customers If you are passionate about customer service, and are looking for a new challenge we would like to hear from you.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure a positive experience throughout the customer's journey
- To be the point of contact before and after purchases (payment questions, modifying delivery dates, handling requests and complaints)
- Build a sustainable and mutually beneficial relationship between customers and the brand
