**Talent Acquisition Support (Interview Coordinator)**:

**What You Will Do**:

- **Interview Coordination**
- **Talent Acquisition process support**:

- Assist Talent Acquisition Managers with CV reviews and sourcing.
- Conduct initial resume screenings and coordinate pre-interview assessments.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling and documentation.
- Maintain recruiting data in Workday, becoming a process and system expert
- **Project Execution**:

- Assist Talent Acquisition Managers with CV reviews and sourcing.

- Support onboarding activities for new hires, including orientation scheduling and documentation.

**Who You Are**:

- Experience as an Interview Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Analyst, or similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in written communication, especially in English.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience with Workday and other recruitment software is desirable.
- Collaborative and enjoys working with others.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
