GM IT PRIME SERVICES PROJECT MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: 2305CIBIT15190)
**About the job**
- We are looking for an experienced IT Project Management Officer - Program Management and Transformation to oversee and manage various projects within our organization. This PMO role will support the Prime IT ExCo and the ADM Managers in the effective running of the domain by acting as a central point of co-ordination and control working with the Business Manager.
- Initiatives will support the Program Management and Transformation perimeter of Prime Technology to manage IT specific projects or transversal projects in partnership with the organisation
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Main areas of focus are: Headcount, Financial and Portfolio IT/Business Management; Processes and Methodology; Co-ordination, onboarding, communication and liaison; and Adhoc support for Global Head of Prime Services and Chief of Staff
- Support (with a view to owning) the Budget Process for PS&F IT
- Coordinate and organising calls with Region SPOC
- Monitor clarity Live TBDs and related resource planning (Man Days/Years)
- Administration of TBD’s and resource profiles (via Clarity tool), i.e. Declare a joiner/mover/leaver
- Track and maintain the hiring pool while actively engaging resource managers to ensure accuracy of HC phasing and MY effort
- Generate weekly hiring reporting metrics and status
- Align with regional SPOCs to get feedback and remediate where needed
- Track and monitor HC/MY trajectory globally for the Prime IT perimeter
- Prepare HC & Budget vs F’cast MY reporting and review on monthly basis
- Track and report HC with special approvals/Cash envelopes
- Provide inputs to partner ITCMS/ Pillar heads/ Other PMO/Team members as necessary
- Organisation Chart maintance, spot headcount and budget/forecasting support
- Act as a PS&F IT SPOC for the GMIT Portfolio Mgmt function
- To execute requirements as prescribed by GMIT Portfolio Mgmt function. Including: Business Milestones monitoring (Clarity), Project Status Report Updates (Clarity), TechBoard tracking, ad hoc governance exercises
- To build and maintain an effective communication with PM and Management and promote awareness of the GMIT Portfolio management processes within PS&F IT
- To monitor and remediate non adherence to GMIT lifecycle by projects
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor's Degree (3 - 5 years) in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Global and/or Financial organisation with senior management reporting or related role
- Financial IT business knowledge or experience
- Clarity PPM knowledge software
- Complex and analytical report building
- Experience in IT Project management knowledge and methodology is a major plus
- Very good analytical skills and statistical reporting skills which involves attention to detail
- Proficient in project and program management principles as well as their governance
- Proficient in budget management principles
- Good project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to effectively convey complex information with simple, high impact communication, at all levels of the organisation
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
