Systems Administrator

**Perfil**:

- Experiência sólida em Office 365 e administração de sistemas Microsoft;
- Conhecimento profundo em ambientes híbridos Cloud/Onpremises;
- Habilidade em gerenciamento de licenciamento e permissões de usuários;
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e suporte ao usuário;
- Certificações relevantes serão consideradas uma vantagem.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Experiência abrangente em Office 365, incluindo gerenciamento de licença e permissões de usuários;
- Administração de ambientes Microsoft, com foco no Active Directory e Exchange;
- Gestão de ambientes híbridos Cloud/Onpremises, com a definição e implementação de políticas de segurança;
- Garantir a sincronização eficiente de usuários entre a nuvem e ambientes locais;
- Apoio proativo aos usuários, diagnóstico de incidentes e resolução de problemas.
