**Job Overview**:
As an Activation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the setup, optimization, and reporting of biddable campaigns, as well as planning and purchasing non-programmatic media. You will work in partnership with Digital Managers to create, manage, and optimize digital media campaigns on various platforms.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and optimize digital media campaigns on various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
- Plan and purchase non-programmatic media (National Publishers, Criteo, RTB, etc.).
- Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign results.
- Stay current with industry news and opportunities.
- Handle billing processes related to digital media campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 2 or more years of experience in advertising platforms and analytics (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Management, or similar fields.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing and relevant advertising platforms (nice to have).
- Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
