Service Desk Technician with Spanish and Portuguese

**Organization**:
Our client is a multinational in the dental sector located in Lisbon.

**Function**:

- As a Service Desk Technician, you'll provide technical support to dental professionals using our client's software.
- During your day-to-day:
- You will provide technical support by phone
- You will manage and solve requests by tickets
- You will coordinate an action plan with the sales team
- You will escalate any incidents to the IT and Logistics department
- You will use management tools, as well as remote connection or video conference
- You will manage any delivery incidents, replacements, and warranty support
- You will create, update and validate process documentation
- You will keep a track record of every request/issue handled or reported

**Requirements**:

- You're the person we're looking for if:
- You're fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
- You have experience in Customer service or Technical support
- You have working experience with Office 365
- You have excellent organizational and documentation skills
- You have great communication and problem-solving skills
- You're adaptable and enjoy collaborating with other departments
- You have valuable experience in the dental sector (it's a plus)
