Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead marketing efforts and drive the growth of **a startup.**
As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, enhance brand awareness, and generate leads.
You will work closely with the executive team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
- Drive brand awareness and visibility through effective marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and partnerships.
- Develop compelling messaging and positioning that differentiates our products in the market.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Build and manage a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and other teams to ensure alignment and cohesion in marketing efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head of Marketing or Marketing Manager
- Fluency in both French and English, with the ability to effectively communicate and craft marketing materials in both languages.
- Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the tech industry or HR sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
