The "Project Management"-department, that is part of the "Program Management and Product Integration", consists of Project Managers and Implementation Managers, who are responsible for coordinating a wide variety of projects in order to deliver innovative solutions to Vestas Service. You will be part of a project management department with team members located in multiple geographical locations and different cultural backgrounds. We are expanding with highly qualified colleagues to meet the demand of a growing and motivating business. **Responsibilities** You will be heading at least one projects depending on the size and complexity. You will in close collaboration with a technical manager, coordinate your projects end to end, so you will be a team who represents the project from the requirement specification is initiated and until the handover has been accepted by the internal costumer. Main areas of responsibility: - You guide your project team and make sure you follow the process' and procedures in order to complete projects within the agreed scope, time, quality, and cost - You prioritize the tasks in your projects so that people always work on the right and value-adding tasks - You coordinate sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure they perform as agreed - You make resource estimates and ensure resources are allocated to your projects from the line organization - You prepare and conduct Steering Committee - and Project Status Meetings - You ensure necessary progress in your projects and highlight deviations and issues - You ensure that our processes are followed, and you contribute to a continuous improvement of our processes as well **Qualifications** To achieve goals with above responsibilities, you might hold a bachelor's degree as Electrical, Mechanical, IT or Software Engineer. Other relevant qualifications are also welcome.
