International Assignment Specialist

In this role, you will play a major role in the management of the IA process, be the principal point of contact for assignees, and maintain the policies and documents up to date. Besides this, you will be able to work with a global team, have a global scope, and work with international customers.

In your new role you will:

- Support the **setup of international assignment (IA) processes **at Infineon Porto;
- **Generate and deliver IA documents and reports **and provide administrative support to IA Case Managers;
- Ensure the **quality of IA documents and data **and respective maintenance;
- Process monthly payroll instructions for selected legal entities;
- Act as **internal contact for inquiries on IA **and provide **consultative guidance on policies, processes, and compliance topics **to HR Business Partners, managers, and employees.

You have a proactive personality and great problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency at all times. With your excellent customer orientation skills, you know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Furthermore, you are a very communicative person and a true team player. You have the ability to research on your own and in educating our business and staff on mobility approaches and policies.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A **degree in Business Administration/Economics, Human Resources, Social Sciences **or similar field of studies;
- **Expertise in IA management **(5+ years) working in a multinational organization;
- Knowledge of **expatriate tax and compensation **;
- Understanding of **mobility programs **, processes and policies;
- Knowledge of **Expatriate payroll **principles and payroll management;
- Experience working in other **Human Resources departments and/or in a Shared Services environment **will be a plus;
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools - specially **Excel and PowerPoint **;
- **Excellent English verbal and written skills **(other languages being advantageous).
