**Data Governance Specialist**

**Must-Have**:

- 5+ Years of Experience in data governance, data management, or similar roles, with a record of building and implementing governance frameworks
- Technical Skills in data governance tools, metadata, and data quality management
- Strong Governance Knowledge to define roles, responsibilities, and maintain data quality standards
- MDM Strategy experience for managing master data as a single source of truth
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with strengths in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving to effectively engage with data owners, business leaders, and IT teams.
- Fluent English
- Must live in Portugal
- Available for international travel when necessary

**Would be great if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
