Administrative/finance Assistant

**Overview**:
We’re looking for a meticulous, well-organized teammate to support our Operations/Finance team. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative and finance tasks, with a strong focus on **validating and approving expenses in Coverflex.**Hybrid work model (3x times per week).
**What are we looking for?**
- Experience with validation, approve, and reconcile **Coverflex expenses** (policies, limits, documentation).
- Review and post **invoices and receipts** (vendors and internal expenses).
- Support **bank reconciliations** and monthly close schedules.
- Manage **advances and reimbursements**, ensuring tax compliance (VAT).
- Keep the **digital archive** organized for compliance and audits.
- Provide **administrative support** to the team (payment scheduling, vendor follow-ups, employee questions).
- 1-3 years’ experience in **administrative/finance** roles (or relevant internship).
- Strong **attention to detail**, accuracy, and ownership.
- Good command of **Excel/Google Sheets**.
- Experience with **expense platforms** (e.g., Coverflex).
- Basic knowledge of **accounting and VAT**.
