**About the job**
- BNP Paribas’ Global Markets business offers a broad range of products and services in the global interest rates, credit, currency, equities & commodity markets. Global Markets help their franchise of clients find effective ways to raise and invest capital as well as manage their exposure to risk

**YOUR MAIN ACTIVITIES ARE**:

- The job combines a strong focus on Research Production (models, publishing, distribution, marketing), front office teams support, research database/referential administration, data and system controls. This includes the relationship with local IT and support/ops teams, as well as Global research management
- The responsibilities are fulfilled through close collaboration with the rest of Team Data
- Main areas of responsibilities are:

- Data & Referential Administration:
- Data and repository administration management, liaising with EMEA team:
- Daily monitoring and controls on market data:

Check daily processes on closing market data worldwide
Manual updates of closing prices, cross, rates, etc
Maintenance of benchmarks and their price history
Maintenance of samples and baskets of stocks
- Daily monitoring and controls on static data (repository)
Referential administration (users’ arrival & departure, stocks )
Data updates on demand (historical prices, benchmarks )- Data analysis and bespoke requests- Operational and functional support:
- Production and functional support for analysts/sales:
- Acting as an expert on tools (best practices, key features, but also issues management & liaising with IT support and platform team)
Second level support on all research production tools. And escalate issues to IT Dev and or BA team, and follow them until they are solved- Research & Sales Requests” management- First point of contact for the business on any request or issue, routing to the relevant team if needed (e.g. central IT or IT Support)
Follow-up of any request received (ticketing system) from end to end, in relation with the development teams if needed
This can include among other peer group creation (valuation), website scrapping requests (alternative data), new models creation, user rights management, CRM virtual meetings support, webinar creation and organisation- Teamwork in a continuous improvement of service quality:

Activity meetings and reporting**PROFILE AND SKILLS TO SUCCESS**:

- Bachelor's degree in IT or Finance- At least 2 years of relevant experience in IT or Finance- Fluency in English both oral and written (mandatory)- Knowlege in:
- Financial Markets- Finance and Equities- Office Pack- VBA, Tableau, SQL, Bloomberg- Skills- Ability to deliver / Results driven- Adaptability- Critical Thinking- Communication skills - oral & written- Ability to collaborate / team work- Ability to develop and adapt a process- Ability to set up relevant performance indicators**ABOUT THE TEAM**:

Our team of research analysts are client-facing, produce fundamental analysis, review key industry trends, and provide stock recommendations on the companies we analyse. Analysts share these views with our Institutional Investor client base through a variety of communication channels
- “Team Data” operates within BNP Paris Exane Equity Research and is looking for a person for managing the Cash Equity IT Advisory platform and supporting the research teams which are expanding significantly in terms of headcounts, volumes, and activity in EMEA, APAC and in the USA
