Maintenance Manager

We are looking for an
**Maintenance Manager** for Emmerich.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish the annual plan for food safety and failure reduction
- Pilot the team responsibilities on a weekly basis according to the hazards in order to ensure the implementation of the annual plan
- Control the successful completion and traceability of actions
- Identify and redefine the necessary changes to preventive maintenance plans
- Verification and control of preventive and curative maintenance activities carried out by the work teams
- Participate in the implementation of the study of food security and its revisions
- Identify hazards that give rise to risks to the health of consumers by defining control measures
- Communicate to the HACCP food safety team’s coordinator changes on studies or identified gaps
- Ensure the monitoring of both internal and external audits
- Guarantee the implementation of control measures for food safety and have the authority to block the products in case of non-compliance or loss of control

**Qualifications**
- Specific technical course(s)/apprenticeships in the field of expertise (e.g., mechanics, electricians, hydraulics, pneumatics, instrumentation, automation, etc)
- Experience of working in a manufacturing maintenance environment (mandatory)
- Formal knowledge or experience of working with process, systems and tools utilized in the maintenance context (mechanical, electrical or instrumentation)
- Numerical capability for simple arithmetic
- Computer literate
- Competent (written and verbal); basic capabilities of English (highly desirable)
- Must have the Knowledge, Experience and Skills to conduct their tasks in accordance with the rules and procedures set down
- Proactive, resilient, hand on, dynamic and passionate personality
- Interpersonal skills, ability to convince
- Multicultural openness and great curiosity to identify client issues
- Sense of customer satisfaction, strong commercial sense and interpersonal skills
- Strong autonomy, ability to carry responsibilities
