**Le Profil**

  • Français: niveau B2 ou natif (compréhension, écrit et oral facteur d'exclusion);
  • Volonté d'apprendre;
  • Rigueur et sens des responsabilités;
  • Capacité d'analyser, de planifier et d'organiser;
  • Bonnes capacités de communication, dynamisme, engagement et esprit d'équipe;
  • Bonne relation et goût pour l'informatique.

**Responsabilités**

  • Garantir le support aux utilisateurs en France et à l'étranger, par mail, téléphone et connexions à distance ;
  • Faire maintenance préventive sur les serveurs.
