About 80% of our managers and leaders have been promoted from within That’s why we offer a range of FREE Learning and Leadership Development programs designed to set you on your way to the kind of career you’ve always envisioned. **What you will do in this role** As a Customer Advisor, you will: - Help customers with from simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints. - Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges - Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality - Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. **Your qualifications** Concentrix is a great match if you: - Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2) - Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit - Are available for rotating schedules - Have a positive attitude and a desire to provide good service - You're analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions.
