We are recruiting for the Shared Services Center of a multinational, leader in the global food retail sector.

They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an **E-mail Marketing Campaign Specialist** with knowledge in **Salesforce Marketing Cloud.**

**Main responsibilities**:

- HTML creation based on a PSD file, revising, and making changes when necessary
- Integrate content elements (HTML, images, dynamic personalization) in Campaign Management Tool
- Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands
- Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports
- Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability
- Troubleshooting campaign deployment problems at workflow and delivery level
- Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders
- Management of CRM new services rollout
- Providing knowledge transfer for new team members

**Ideal Profile**:

- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design &
Multimedia, InformationManagement or similar

Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, or Adobe Campaign
- Intermediate/Advanced level of HTML/CSS
- Knowledge of SQL (as a plus)
- Experience in building customer journeys
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good analytical skills
