**Your Profile**:
- You are fluent in French and proficient in English (B2).
- You are happy to stay at least 6 months in sunny Lisbon.
- You have the availability to work 40 hours a week (possibly weekend).
- Previous experience in customer support.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Support customers with software functionality, system configurations and network settings.
- Provide accurate and real-time responses to the viewer’s inquiries.
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions are taken.
