Junior Events Planner

We are now looking for a Junior Events Planner, to add to our Field Marketing Team, and that will be reporting to the Global Events Manager. This person will help us managing and delivering successful events in the assigned markets. This position requires a combination of event planning knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The Junior Events Planner will assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing events that increase brand visibility, generate leads, support sales efforts and engage with target audiences effectively.

To be successful as a Junior Events Planner, you should be a problem-solving and results-driven team player with a passion for delivering state-of-the-art events’ planning and execution resulting in outstanding presence at owned and third-party events that drive revenue.

**YOUR DAY-TO-DAY**:

- Prepare the annual events roadmap with Regional Field Marketing and communicate with teams in advance
- Support Regional Field Marketing Managers with events planning and execution
- Liaise with Regional Field Marketing and Sales to understand their exact events’ needs and requirements and define KPIs
- Define clear Business Goals to each event with Regional Field Marketing and validated by Sales
- Produce detailed proposals for events (including timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing, budgets and objectives)
- Define and negotiate sponsor packs and close it
- When needed, work closely with an outsourcer to manage the event
- Liaise with sales and other marketing teams to publicize and promote the event
- Manage pre-event planning, organizing guest speakers and delegate packs (if not with agency)
- Coordinate suppliers, handle clients’ queries and troubleshoot on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget - at the event
- Kick-end meeting with all GoContact attendees to evaluate event and strategy to follow-up leads
- Produce post-event evaluation with KPI tracking (Target vs Real) report to understand best practices and areas of improvement for future events
- Keep a benchmark of all events done with all relevant event’s KPIs

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing events, preferably within software or IT industry with exposure to event management.**:

- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Skilled at creating and developing ABM strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Sales and goals oriented.
- Creative, problem-solving, and results-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel (national and internationally) and work flexible hours, as required.
- **Fluent in English and Spanish.**:

- Desired but not mandatory: Knowledge of Contact Center industry.
