French Speaking Trainer

Our client is a recognized service provider in the management of health insurance and pension fund contracts. A company with strong and continuous growth with a focus on constant progress, dedicated to optimizing management and customer satisfaction. Currently looking for an internal Trainer, that under the responsibility of the Training Manager, and in direct contact with the team of Tutors in France, will prepare training, support and assess the skills development of their employees.
**Responsibilities**:
After training to learn our social protection professions and our management tools, it will:
- Prepare documents and training materials;
- Create digital training modules;
- Manage and feed the tools related to training follow-up;
- Organize training logistics;
- Facilitate masterful training;
- Support learners, assess their skill development and set the objectives to be achieved;
- Conduct evaluation interviews and carry out training reports;
- Keep schedules and reporting tools up to date;
- Ensure the relay with the tutors at the head office in France.
**Requirements**:
- Preferable Trainer Certification (CCP)
- Excellent French native level
- Higher education
Successful experience of at least 3 years in a tutor or trainer position.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, you master teaching methods and techniques.
- Microsoft office and have already worked on e-Learning platforms.
