What you’ll do:
- We are looking for an experienced technical account manager who enjoys building strong relationships and understands each partner's context and needs.- Your goal is to help partners integration, in the most smooth and fastest possible way, and derive the most value from the existent relation.- You will work closely with the Business, Product Teams and Engineering as well as with Release Management, Quality Assurance and Customer Support.- The success of the partners integration process will drive you through the entire organization as you seek out and implement scalable solutions for your partner’s needs.- Build great partner relationships, especially with key stakeholders and sponsors. You will establish a long-term relationship with our Partners- Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and detailed prelaunch planning. Keep track of key account metrics. Monitor, track, and report on all projects/work- Act as Partner(s) advocate, providing clear and constructive product feedback to the Product management and engineer teams, based on partner use-cases and requirements.- This role is ideal for an autonomous person who gets up to speed quickly, pursues information proactively, and has a can-do attitude at all times.

What you’ll bring:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Partner Engagement Manager, Technical Account Manager, or similar experience.- Outstanding English verbal and written communication skills- Degree or masters in any electronics, science, hardware, computing, software, physics, mathematics, or engineering discipline.- Ability to manage a project, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands. Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects- Experience driving the definition and execution of features and products, with significant experience facilitating technical discussions and answering questions about technical product development.- Reporting and Analytics background. Monitor, investigate and report on product metrics- Ability to troubleshoot and solve/follow technical problems. Proactively identify and solve problems, build sustainable solutions to prevent a recurrence- Highly organized, with acute attention to detail and an eye for process improvement- Knowledge of Streaming Applications and overall M&E market context is a plus
