**The team you'll be part of**

Mobile Network Insights is a portfolio of use cases and products providing rich big data analytics capabilities for mobile communications service providers globally. Our capabilities are ranging from Network Element EDGE analytics to advanced on-prem analytics and AI&ML solutions backed by managed public cloud alike services.
In Mobile Network Insights Engineering we innovate and deliver the core use cases and value for MNI customer solutions. We are the experts and partners for our customers in multi vendor network data at the network element level, and our solutions are fully cloud native to be customized and deployed according to varying customer needs.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
Are you passionate in solving problems and deliver value to customers?
As part of our team, you will:
- Build and lead a technical customer engagement team to work with support and services teams, and customers, to ensure value of MNI products is fully harnessed over the life cycle.
- Be a Thought Leader for your team members in customer value creation, agile practises, and cloud native / public cloud technology domains close to your personal sources of inspiration.
- Be a People Leader and Manager for a team of technical specialists and SW developers.
- Be a professional learning and career coach to your team members to grow to their full potential. Nurture talent pipeline and create opportunities for growth for you people.
- Manage supplier partnerships to complement add up to team capabilities where needed.
- Plan, develop and deploy capabilities to deliver engineering projects.
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- A proven track record of building and leading teams of senior technical talent.
- Expertise and vision on cloud native and public cloud services technology domains.
- Passion to work with people and for people to support their professional growth.
- Expertise in developing and delivering SW based value for complex customer solutions.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Expertise on mobile networks and telecommunications technology domains.
- Expertise on one or more big data analytics technology domains.
- Open mind in listening and collecting feedback from your stakeholders.
- A masters /bachelor’s degree in university or in applied sciences.
