In 2019 we launched our first OOH campaign in the London underground and started our retail presence with a corner in London’s leading department store; Selfridges. In 2020, we have introduced our sister company; Instant Dentist, to add a health and dental wellbeing dimension to our business. The business is growing in a very exciting direction this year and we’re looking for the next team member to embark on this journey with us.

About you

You are in your last year or fresh out of university and looking for an environment that puts your digital marketing knowledge into real work scenarios. You are hungry to learn the newest tactics and benchmark practices in marketing, all while developing skills and tools a classroom can’t teach. With this internship, you want to grow and start your path to a career in content marketing.

About the role

What is content marketing?

What you will get from this Growth Hacker / Content Creation internship?

You will get an in-depth understanding of maintaining, building and optimising content marketing strategies. You will develop research on industry-related topics, create and distribute marketing copy & design, conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimise content. You will also get the opportunity to learn how to promote content on social networks & monitor engagement, identify customers' needs, recommend new topics, and measure web traffic.

You will gain an understanding of how to navigate within important tools/platforms like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook Business Manager and our Marketing CRM platform.

This is a unique opportunity for a savvy and capable young professional to join a high performing team in building the next big direct to the consumer success story.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily analytics (collect relevant data, run advanced analytics, create reports)
- Coordinate with the design team when needed
- Research and other consumer insight projects

**Requirements**:

- A mix of creative and quantitative thinking
- In the final year or recently graduated from a BA in Marketing, Design, Journalism or a related discipline
- Content creation and video editing experience using Adobe Suite programs (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects) and/or other image and video-editing software
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Proactive & self-directed (i.e. can take general direction and run with it)
- Growth mindset, always willing to learn
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Embrace challenges and thrive in high pressure environments
- Familiarity with some of the tools on this list (Google Docs, Gmail, Trello, Slack, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Autopilot)
- Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software
