OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for a Senior Treasury Specialist, who will support our Finance Team in EMEA as the key person for managing our bank accounts and ensuring all payments are processed timely and correctly, preparing monthly cash reporting, monitoring liquidity on our various bank accounts and driving improvements of our payment processes.

What you’ll do

You will initiate all bank payments (e.g. vendor, tax, customer cashbacks) and direct debits
You will clarify issues (e.g. bank returns) with the respective departments
You will prepare proof of payments
You will download electronic bank statements
You will monitor bank account liquidity
You will manage bank approval processes and bank compliance queries
You will prepare and submit bank related reports (e.g. foreign payment transactions) as well as monthly cash reporting
You will improve payment processes and be involved in treasury related projects

What you’ll need

University Degree Finance, Business Administration or equivalent
3+ years experience in finance
Fluency in English
Advanced knowledge of SAP
Advanced MS Office/Excel skills relevant for this job
Hands on and ownership mentality
Team player and open mindset
