As the **Associate Marketing Specialist **for the **PM&RI Western Europe Team **, you will support the European product managers drive the execution of the marketing strategy for our fast-growing portfolio. You will engage with country teams and European and global functions to contribute to programs meant to deliver an excellent customer experience, maintain market share, and grow portfolio adoption.

In **Medtronic **Patient Monitoring and Respiratory Interventions **, we deliver solutions for critical care areas (OR and ICU) and go further across the patient’s care continuum to avoid perioperative complications and respiratory compromise. In the future, we will use real-time data and artificial intelligence to support our patients from hospital to home. **A Day in the Life**
- Becomes the reference person of country teams for product, competitive and regulatory information proactively organized, searched, and maintained.
- Becomes the usual contact of European and Global functions for updated product, competitive and regulatory information
- Gathers market data and builds market models, becomes an expert user of sales analysis tools to support strategic decisions
- Develops on-brand and good-looking power point decks and other types of simple documents based on existing content
- Provides support for the participation to conferences with product related tasks or events
- Acts as an expenses supervisor to help manage budget in alignment with expectations

**Must Haves**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences or related field. MBA preferred.
- 3 + years of experience in marketing roles. Product marketing preferred.
- Ability to coordinate and lead multiple tasks
- Forward thinking, dynamic, and can thrive under pressure
- Team player
- Communication skills, English required, additional language a plus
- Previous experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. Healthcare, Medical Devices)

**Nice to Haves**
- Experience with international teams (across multiple countries)
- Background in acute patient monitoring
- Product/programs launch experience

**Location**

Remote in Europe

Willingness to travel 20 % of the time
