What you’ll do:
- Oversee a business's day-to-day financial operations, run the accounting function, drive the financial strategy-
- Lead delivery of key financial deliverables, including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.-
- Provide reliable financial reporting, forecasting reports, and analysis to guide decision-making-
- Supports executives moving the company toward its mission and goals with financial information and analysis-
- Ensuring compliance with local law, tax provisions, and relevant industry and financial regulations-
- Create and monitor the company policies and internal controls, especially spending controls, to safeguard company assets and reduce fraud-
- Liaise with external entities (Bank, Audit, Accounting, Lawyers, etc)-
- Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation and build an efficient local accounting organization in a fast-growing environment

What you’ll bring:
- Education (BSc, Master or MBA) in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;-
- Minimum 6 years of experience and at least 2 managing small teams-
- Previous experience working in Corporate Finance in international environments;-
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS);-
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs;-
- Presentation and influence skills-
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented attitude-
