Job Profile
The purpose of the role is to fully support from a Human Resources locally and of a part of Euronext Information Technology business.
The Human Resources Talent acquisition will be responsible for providing support in the various Human Resources functions, which include supporting the Recruitment Plan, including the management of the RPO with the external provider, prepare and liaise with HR team on the Administrative process and payroll, and provide a first level of guidance to the new managers on Euronext HR policies and processes.
Key Accountabilities
The HR Talent acquisition will provide effective HR support throughout the recruitment cycle and will support all HR matters for the company in Portugal.
The main functions will be:
- Coordinate all aspects of recruitment processes ( screening, Job descriptions, Search, selection )
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Ensure all HR documents are in place and in line with current legislation and group policy
- Keeping abreast of employment law in Portugal
- Give support in ad -hoc HR processes
- Manage disciplinary procedures
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience 5 years in similar functions within Human Resources
- Previous experience in recruitment of IT profiles, setting-up a new site
- Service focused with strong inter personal skills, proactive, loyalty and dynamic
- Autonomous without being independent. Mature attitude with the ability to work remotely from direct leadership.
- Rigorous and organized
- Ability to manage priority
- Self-starter - able to show creativeness, ownership and tenacity
- Ability to handle complexity across functional borders in a matrix organization
- Adaptability in a highly moving and fast growing environment
- Graduation in Human Resources; Work and Social Phycology; Management
- Fluent in English
