Your new role

As an IT Service Manager you are expected to be responsible for coordinating internal and external service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery to the organization; Monitor internal service providers performance and negotiate changes to SLA; Manage external service providers - Negotiate contracts with service providers, Monitor contract execution and service provider's performance; Set up and maintain a service desk, continuously evaluating and tweaking its efficiency; and Handle internal customer complaints or concerns.

What you need to be successful

Bachelor´s Degree in Computer Science or Business;
At least 5 years of experience in IT functions;
IT service management experience would be a plus;
Fluent in English (mandatory);
Leadership, communication, negotiation, and customer service skills;
Strong organizational, analytics and problem-solving skills;
Collaborative team spirit;
