We’re looking for a marketing manager, beginning their career, with a strong will to learn and evolve, to “take care” of marketing and communication for one of the group’s brands. This professional will be responsible for all marketing elements, digital and offline, in close collaboration with the marketing, design and development teams. So, we’re looking for someone versatile, with a lot of initiative and a team player at heart. In addition to defining the brand’s communication strategy, with the Head of Marketing, the marketing manager will also implement the defined initiatives, in particular writing in English for different platforms and purposes, both for customers and employees.
**Responsibilities**
- Research competitors and market trends
- With the Head of Marketing, define the brand’s marketing and communication strategy
- Plan the social media strategy and implement it on a day-to-day basis
- Write in English for different platforms and purposes (social media, marketing and sales materials, internal communication, etc.)
- With the Head of Marketing, define the investment strategy in digital advertising
- Create ads on social media, Google Ads and other platforms
- Manage the website and the brand profiles on various digital platforms
- With the Head of Marketing, define customer acquisition and retention activities
- Support the organization of internal and external events
- Define KPIs and monitor their evolution

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent
- Eligible for IEFP professional internship
- Good writing and communication skills
- Excellent level of English
- Knowledge of social media management and advertising
- Knowledge of SEO and SEA, particularly Google Ads
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or equivalent
- Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS is valued
- Experience in organizing events will be valued
- Initiative and autonomy
- Ability to organize and manage priorities
- Good relationship skills and teamwork
- Strategic and analytical mindset
