- We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to drive impactful strategies and initiatives on an international scale. You will have the unique opportunity to work with UXalliance, a global network of UX companies, as well as support the internationalization efforts of Tangível and Hyphen, two dynamic brands under Tangível Group. Join our team and take on a global challenge**What you will do**:

- Define and execute a results-driven marketing strategy that delivers measurable business impact.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Manage social media networks, focusing on LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators to continuously improve campaigns.
- Leverage AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Marketing Manager, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Strong strategic and operational marketing skills across digital platforms.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Self-starter with resilience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Hands-on experience with paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
- Proficiency in social media management (LinkedIn, Instagram).
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for data analysis and reporting.
