**Responsibilities**

As a Senior Business Manager at Top Sigma, you will:

- Develop and implement business strategies to drive company growth.
- Lead efforts to expand the business, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Oversee financial operations to ensure the profitability and sustainability of the business unit.
- Align budgets with business objectives while forming strategic partnerships with clients.
- Engage in talent acquisition and development, promoting a culture of innovation and teamwork.
- Maintain an up-to-date and secure customer database, ensuring its accuracy and accessibility.
- Set and achieve SLAs, establishing benchmarks for exceptional service delivery.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of experience as a Business Manager in IT or related fields.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Proven ability to effectively manage and work with teams remotely.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with an aptitude for strategic planning.
- Knowledge of DevOps or cloud solutions is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
