**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Real-Time Operations Monitoring: Act as the guardian of our operations, monitoring real-time operations to prevent delays, rescheduling, and no-shows, ensuring every service is executed flawlessly.
- Process Optimization: Streamline our internal processes to create a user-friendly, transparent, and efficient platform for home services.
- Service Provider Support: Advocate for our service providers, understand their challenges, and develop practical solutions.
**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience: 1+ years of experience managing live operations, preferably in a fast-growing startup or similar environment.
- Mandatory languages: Portuguese and English
- Problem Solver Mindset: You’re a natural problem solver, quick on your feet and effective in finding solutions.
- Work Under Pressure: You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks with ease and maintaining high standards.
