**YOUR ROLE**:
We are looking for an **ITO Operations Outsourcing Coordination Officer** to join our teams in Lisbon.
In this role you will be responsible for:

- Work in collaboration with ITO Operations Management and other relevant stakeholders on Outsourcing Coordination aspects;
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and industrialisation of the process;
- Consolidate and produce ITO Operations reporting as and when required;
- Perform, facilitate and/or implement ad hoc requests by ITO Operations Management.

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Academic background in Law School, Business School or Engineering School;
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in business management, project management or similar coordination roles required;
- Previous experience in investment banking, audit or consulting will be appreciated;
- Highly organized and able to multi-task, managing several projects or ad hoc requests at a time;
- Mastery of project management methodologies and tools is a strong plus;
- Proficient command of Microsoft Office Pack;
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking);
- Fluent in French is a plus
- Strong written, presentation and verbal communication;
- Ability to communicate clearly objectives and top-down requirements;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Able to take on the facilitator role;
- Proactive, determined, drives change, positive and solution oriented.
