Customer Service Line Japanese and English Speaker

Our client is the first international sports streaming live service, and has been uniting millions of people around the world through its transmissions. They are looking for someone to work with them as a Japanese and English customer service agent.
Your main missions will be:
- Maintain direct contact through inbound and Outbound calls;
- Maintain direct contact with the customers through back-office;
- Solving customers doubts and questions;
- Helping customers with problems they might have with the Streaming Service;
All you need to have is a C2 level of Japanese, C1/C2 level of English, great communication skills and availability to work in a rotating shift pattern from 00:00 to 9:00 in beautiful Lisbon.
