A Vincci Hoteles, é uma cadeia Internacional de Hóteis de 4 e 5 estrelas em Portugal, Espanha, Grécia e Tunísia que procura para o mais recente Hotel 4* na Cidade do Porto (Portugal), um profissional para integrar a equipa de Guest-Experience. A função que estamos à procura:

- Guest-Experience (M/F); Principais responsabilidades: - Atenção ao cliente; -Transmitir a imagem da cadeia Vincci Hoteles;
- Realizar tarefas delegadas pela Direção do hotel;
- Planear ações para aumentar as vendas;
- Substituir o(a) Director(a)/Sub-Diretor(a), caso seja necessário;
- Informar aos Chefes de Departamento, sobre a satisfação do cliente e possíveis melhorias; -Acompanhamento,prestação de informações aos hóspedes e resolução de conflitos; -Promover as instalações do hotel aos hóspedes. **Requisitos** : - Curso técnico-profissional, ou Licenciatura na área Turismo/Hotelaria, serão valorizados;
- Experiência profissional na área (Recepção Hoteleira);
- Dinamismo, flexibilidade, organização, proatividade e simpatia;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa;
- Conhecimento da cidade ( valorizado) - Conhecimentos de línguas: inglês (obrigatório), francês e espanhol.
