Workster partners with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit Portuguese speaking Sales Retention agents for their Limassol office.
**Your Role**
- Promote the company’s products and services
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into long-lasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
**Your Qualifications**
- Native/fluent in Portuguese, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Previous experience in same / similar role in Forex & CFD Industry is higly desirable
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objection-handling skills
