Customer Service Representative - Danish Market

We are partnering with a leading global digital services company to recruit **Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives** for an exciting project within the **streaming and entertainment sector**. Based in Lisbon, this role is ideal for customer-focused professionals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and are passionate about delivering excellent service.

Your Responsibilities
- Assist users with **account setup, login issues, and subscription management**:

- Support customers with **billing inquiries, payments, and service changes** (pauses, cancellations, renewals)
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records
- Identify recurring issues and share customer feedback to support service improvements

What We’re Looking For
- **Fluent or native Danish (C2 level)** and a **good command of English (B2 level)**:

- Strong **communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills**:

- A **customer-centric and empathetic** approach
- Ability to adapt quickly and perform well in a dynamic, high-volume environment
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but **not mandatory**:

- Flexibility to work **rotating shifts**, including weekends when required
