About the role:
As a Digital Business Analyst, you will collaborate daily with functional Product Development Teams, Product Owners, and the hosting Organization to drive the creation of outstanding digital products (mobile & web). You will bring strategic thinking, analytical expertise, and a first mindset to ensure exceptional business value, seamless user experiences, and tier product quality.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work within an Agile team to deliver quality digital products.
- Analyse, define, and document new functionalities based on business needs.
- Assist the Product Owner in building, prioritizing, and maintaining a structured product backlog.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to create optimal user experiences.
- Develop and maintain testing scenarios, use cases, and support documentation.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and regression testing to ensure product quality.
- Support the Product Owner in stakeholder communication and management.
- Research and monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.
- Participate in ideation sessions for new products and feature enhancements.
- Work functionally to identify, track, and resolve dependencies between teams.
- Actively contribute to the product community, sharing insights, knowledge, and best practices.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Product Manager.
- Strong knowledge of digital product development (mobile & web).
- Passion for innovation, user experience, and quality digital solutions.
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
- Very strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in testing/QA methodologies is a plus.
