Customer Service Summer Intern | EF Language Abroad, Lisbon
- As a **Customer Service Summer Intern** you will join the Lisbon team for the support of our students who will be travelling in our language and academic courses abroad. You will operate in a truly international environment with a young and dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills, take ownership and share your ideas within a global network of like-minded individuals.
- _This opening is for Non-paid internship for the 2 or 3 months from June/July to August/September. We'll cover your transportation and meal expenses._
- Key Responsibilities
- Talk with clients to clarify doubts about our language & study programs and destinations
- Support the sales team in all the sales admin
- Prepare students to travel in the summer
- assist with in school requests
- lead pre-departure presentations
- Requirements
- Proficient level of Portuguese & fluent English
- International study and work experience preferred
- Enthusiastic and creative mindset
- Proactive approach and able to work independently
- Positive, great team spirit and always willing to go extra mile
- Strong communication skills and outgoing personality
