About the Role

Your Day-to-Day

  • Offer friendly and timely support to French-speaking Facebook users
  • Investigate and resolve account and content issues
  • Monitor abuse reports and uphold community standards
  • Spot trends and escalate complex problems when needed
  • Use your insights to improve the way we work

What You Bring

  • Fluency in French and English
  • Excellent communication and empathy skills
  • A proactive and community-first mindset
  • Attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Familiarity with Facebook (well train you too)
