**Your mission will be**
- Participate in documenting support processes and procedures.

**We are looking for someone with**
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good experience in Ms Office tools.
- Excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Good communication and networking skills in an intercultural environment and across all management levels.
